Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:
If we have made a mistake with your order, you are entitled to a replacement product or a full money refund, including postage and costs of the return postage.
If you have changed your mind about an item, you are entitled to a refund of the purchased item, excluding the postage and packing charge. In this event, customers are responsible for the cost of the return postage, packing and insurance.
You must return the goods in their original condition, with their original packaging. We always recommend using a recorded delivery service and keeping the proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for returned item(s) lost in transit.
Once we have received the returned item(s), we will process the relevant refund or arrange an exchange. Refunds will be issued using the exact payment details used to purchase the items. Please allow 14 days for returns to be processed.
